| Additional terms | Inno Supps Ambassador will receive 12.5% commission of sales from the desired promo code via PayPal if the minimum sales threshold per month (5) is met. If Ambassador does not reach the minimum sales for commission, all conversions for the unqualified month will be rejected. Sales are defined as an order completed via the website with promo code applied. Commission is paid out by the 5th business day of the following month. Eligibility to receive free Inno Supps products is based on monthly sales and may fluctuate. Promotion of the coupon code must be organic. Any code found on a coupon site is subject to forfeiture of commission and termination of ambassador account. If another promo code is used on the order, affiliate link conversion is not eligible. Subtotal is based in USD and commission is paid out in USD. If there is a discrepancy in Refersion tracking and subtotal in our e-commerce backend, commission is paid out based out on e-commerce backend total. If Inno Supps is unable to complete payment via PayPal due to an inactive account on ambassador's end, ambassador has 30 days to claim payment. |
Ambassador cannot promote competitor products while promoting Inno Supps. Conflict will result in termination of affiliation. Inno Supps reserves the right to terminate affiliation at any time due to false information, fraudulent orders, and such. Coupon websites are not allowed. Posting your affiliate link or coupon code to Inno Supps' social media accounts is not allowed. Impersonating Inno Supps in any way will result in your account being terminated as well. Failure to comply with these rules will result in your account being banned.
In order to be eligible for commission, affiliate must make five sales in a calendar month to receive 12.5% of net sales made with affiliate's discount code. Purchases made via affiliate link are not eligble to receive commission.
